Origin
The origin of Confucianism is China. In modern times this religion has been known to spread to to Japan, Korea, Vietnam and other countries.
Founder
The founder of Confucianism is Kongzi. He interpreted social disorder as evidence to a lost harmony with Tian and Tao. He was also known for relying on Western Zhou sources, historical documents, poetry and ritual texts.
Supreme Being
There is really no supreme being for the religion of Confucianism. Although it is said that human traditions are sufficient for providing people with moral guidance that is require to become virtuous. It is also taught that human relationships and actions bring namahs into communication with something of its nature.
Key Beliefs
The basic beliefs of the religion of Confucius is that all humans are naturally good and that respect should be shown to elders. Confucianism also includes the worship of ancestors in order to receive guidance.

One of the ceremonies celebrated in honor of Confucianism are the Ching Ming Festivals, these festivals can be celebrated by family graves.

Traditional Confucians have been known to have a consultation of the ancient divination manual, Yijing. Although many modern Confucians still continue to give sacrifices to their ancestors.
Important People
Some of the important figures in Confucianism are Mencius, and Xunzi. Mencius and Xunzi were the ones who carried on the teachings of Confucius long after he died.
